Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Vormox website and the Vormox white-label Proxmox management platform, including its provisioning, billing, and API features (together, the "Service"), provided by Vormox ("Vormox", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you ("you", "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Vormox is a platform that lets hosting providers manage, automate, and bill for infrastructure running on their own Proxmox VE clusters. Vormox does not host or control the underlying Proxmox nodes, virtual machines, or their contents — you are solely responsible for the infrastructure you connect to the Service and for complying with any licenses or agreements that apply to it.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current account and billing information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials, API keys, and 2FA methods secure.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Billing and payment
- Paid plans are billed per Proxmox node on a recurring cycle (monthly or quarterly, depending on plan and node count), as shown on your account and invoices at the time of purchase.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method, wallet balance, or other agreed method for all fees due on each billing cycle.
- Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes (including GST, where relevant) are added to invoices as required by law.
- If a payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend or limit access to the Service until the account is brought current.
- Except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, fees are non-refundable. Any coupon, credit, or promotional terms apply only as described when offered.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund fees already charged for the current billing cycle, and the Service remains available through the end of the period already paid for. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or as described in Section 7.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of a third party.
- Provision, host, or distribute malware, or content you do not have the right to distribute.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or infrastructure not owned or authorized by you.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through abuse of the API.
- Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted by your plan (for example, white-label reselling to your own hosting customers).
We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access, for any use that violates this section.
6. API use
API access is provided for integrating the Service with your own systems. You are responsible for the security of your API keys and for all requests made using them. We may apply reasonable rate limits and may change or deprecate API endpoints with notice where practical.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms and do not cure the breach after notice (where cure is possible), for non-payment, or where necessary to protect the Service or other users, including in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vormox disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect or prevent every failure on infrastructure you manage through it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vormox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Vormox's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Vormox for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and, where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
